Make sure you miss all studs. Tape where you are going to drill

you may want to go slow make sure if there is chicken wire then clip it off.

This doesn’t give me confidence.. there is chicken wire/mesh under my stucco.

This is why I used a diamond blade on my grinder. I just traced the vent cover onto the stucco as a template.

You may want to do this. Just cut a square smaller than the vent cover.
