DubuMfalme Intervention Needed
The gravel pit has been there for decades.
Long before there were cities grown up around it. Also, it's a major economic resource for the company, and an advantage to be centrally located. If Draper wants to stop gravel mining, they should be required to pay market value to acquire that private resource, like anything else seized by eminent domain.

What would that be, a half-billion dollars?
