I was at a gas station the other day. Guy filled up his drink. Immediately
drank close to half of the drink (and it was like a 50 oz drink) and then proceeded to "top" it off before going up to pay for his refill.

I wouldn't block traffic, but I understand if they're tasting to make sure the syrup/carbonation is right
