The uncertainty of the summons makes it hard for me to decide. The summons doesn't state anything about which car it just says that I gave her permission to operate it. I don't understand why I have to pay $370 to respond to such a vague complaint. I do think that if I have a lawyer call the State Farm law firm they are more likely to respond to them. Also, I am worried that I make a mistake
