As the first two both grossed just less than $800m (which, I know people don’t pay attention or even go to the movies, but for those guessing Dune 2 it just barely passed $700m).

The Wolverine effect could help it, but needs everything to go right. Joker 1 made over a billion as an R rated movie, but that was also in 2019 when literally everything made a billion.


I’d say the two easy front runners are DM4 and Inside Out 2.
