I received the following email from BYU tickets yesterday at 4:20 pm:

BYU Football away game tickets are available to request today.

You have special access to request tickets to the game at Utah:
To request these tickets, click on the button below. You may only purchase one time at that link.
You may request up to 6 tickets.

The ticket request window will close on May 17. You will receive an email no later than May 31 notifying you if your request was filled or not.

BYU has a limited ticket allotment. Tickets will be assigned based on membership level and priority points. It is possible that these tickets will sell out. Making a request does not guarantee that you will receive tickets.
