Large VRBO. I told my adult kids and parents that I would provide the housing. But I insisted that each family had their own car. I planned one activity a day, and one meal, either out or prepared in the house. If some didn’t want to do the activity, they could go out on their own. This was on the big island. The house was on the Kona side. Went to Costco for breakfast and lunch fixings. Worked out really well and my late 70s parents enjoyed the trip. They had to sit out the waterfall hike, but other than that it worked well
