Absolutely, but driving erratically or stopping inappropriately is also bad driving. Both are at fault.
We are all driving based on common human behavior. When a car on the road doesn't follow those same rules you shouldn't be surprised when bad things happen.

I hate driving behind Teslas using FSD (and yes you can tell). It's random stopping and accelerating.
