My daughter toured most of the in-state colleges as well as BYU-I. USU was her best experience BY FAR. The staff who showed her around were awesome. They learned what she and her friend were interested in studying and made sure they had the opportunity to meet with professors in those fields of study.

My wife tried to call to ask someone in admissions a question. When the call hit voicemail, she realized she'd called the wrong number so she just hung up. She ended up calling the right number and leaving them a message. In the meantime, the person she'd hung up and not left a message for called her back, when she told them she'd hung up upon realizing they were the wrong person for her question, they ended up connecting her with the right person.

We've just been super impressed with the responsiveness to students by most of the staff we've run into up there. Mind you - we found one who wasn't awesome. The funny thing is, their level of service was what I would consider "normal", but compared to the rest is felt below par. Simply because everyone else was great.

For as much as we like to make fun of USU on CB, I trust them with my kids.
