My biz has restaurant clients. It is crazy how often these clients have to update their pricing. The costs of food and employees has made this biz sector fairly unstable.
Example: We've had a client for around 10 years. for the first 7 years we rarely updated the take out, drive thru and catering menus. Over the past 3 years we have updated these menus approximately every 3-4 months. Since 2021, the cost of many food items has nearly doubled. The margins for many restaurants is pretty tight, so inflation is rough.
