I really struggle with waking up middle of the night. Sigh. One thing that helps
is the Sleep Cove podcast. It's a sleep hypnosis guy, and he methodically talks you off your anxiety and drones you into sleep. It's pretty good, and helps.

But I still struggle with the last 4 hours of sleep after I wake up at 2:30. Yuck.
