I'm not convinced of that for this year.
First, Oklahoma wasn't a beatdown, only Texas was. And if there are any beatdowns on BYU's schedule this year, two of the more likely candidates are against Utah and Arizona.
I was thinking more Iowa State and West Virginia type of losses, which were pretty humiliating against mediocre opponents.

FYI, the Over is +104 and the Under is -128 (Fanduel). This is just to say that they view the under as more likely.
