Last year at their convention, Brandon and his wife announced plans for a headquarters that will also serve as a sort of small theme park (no rides). They showed renderings of what it might look like. There has been no followup to that announcement since. Evermore closed a month or so ago and the owner promised something is in the works to replace it. He offered no details. An internet sleuth looked up county records and learned that the land adjacent to Evermore is owned by Dragonsteel LLC, Brandon's company.

It's entirely possible that Dragonsteel intends to build their headquarters on that land and the timing of Evermore's closure, plus the promise by its owner, are completely unrelated. But I imagine part of the reason Dragonsteel picked that location is due to its proximity to Evermore. So perhaps they were unrelated at first and maybe since then they have discussed something (maybe a purchase or partner agreement). Again, that's pure speculation.
