Well, there is speeding and there is speeding.
Literally every single person driving on Utah highways is speeding. Going 70 in a 65 zone is speeding and is not dangerous speeding. The one driving slow is the one who is the bigger hazard. Going 90...they should be pulled over. So, if there is a cop and I can warn other "speeders", those going at the highway speeds, but well over the limit, I got no problem with that.
