I’ve been doing Invisalign and am close to be being done. For those of you that have had your teeth straightened should I go with permanent retainers or just ones I wear at night? I’m really good at being regimented so I should have no issue remembering to wear them if I go the non-permanent route.

Any dentists on here with opinions on this?
