Removable 100%. I hate permanent retainers. Especially on the top teeth.
If you aren’t disciplined enough to wear a removable retainer, then chances are you aren’t disciplined enough to care for a permanent retainer.
I commonly see cavities, bone loss, tartar build up, and maintenance issues with permanent retainers.
