They do, and they both have completely finished basements as well. The basement
...square footage isn't listed in the city records either. It would be interesting to know where the data for the image is being taken from.

Here is a Zillow example. 800 above ground and 800 below to get to the total sqft.

My house on zillow only includes the finished square feet. The total sqare feet is 4700. That's what it is
