another teams big league roster as a backup. It’s assinine to sit a catcher like Will Smith every third game or so and take his bat out of the lineup just to give your backup catcher reps. He’s been bad for a number of years. Kershaw liked him to catch his games but this is it for Kershaw more than likely this year so move on to someone younger and better.

The way Rojas is hitting I think he should be in the lineup most nights. Whether he’s playing second or shortstop. Pages has more upside than Outman so far and I hope Outman can get right back down in AAA. Vargas is being brought back up but unless he can play third base I don’t know how he really helps.
