I workout than if I don’t. I don’t want fatty foods or soda if I’m working out I want water with lemon, salads, chicken. Every person is different. Running 3 miles a day was what I needed to do to lose weight and keep it off. Also it makes you look better too. Buddy did just diet and has lost over 100 lbs but he still looks fluffy and that’s due to him not exercising to tighten his skin. Each person is different and will respond differently to diets and/or exercise.
