I quit eating meat about a thousand days ago.

I went from 220 to 190 (other factors have contributed). My blood pressure has gone way down. I'm very ripped (relative to myself) and lifting as much as I did when I was 22 (I'm 45). I get tons of compliments on looking young or aging in reverse. I didn't make the change for health, but the health benefits seem abundant. Lots I could say about this.

I grew up on a cattle ranch, so I've killed and eaten more meat that the people (very few people, btw) who have mocked my lifestyle will likely ever eat in their lives.

I feel great and have no plans of stopping.

Am I the only vegan on the board?
