I would never try to convince someone to become vegan. No one convinced me. Also, I could've never convinced myself just out of an exercise of willpower. Maybe some can (?), but the desire to no longer kill to eat just kind of found me.

Also, going vegan was a huge plot twist in my life (like I said, I grew up on a cattle ranch). So I never say that I'm going to be vegan for the rest of my life. Obviously, the unexpected does happen.
