obstruction, that could be serious. In any case, if you get too dehydrated, it can be hard on your kidneys. Do you have the number for the surgeon’s office that you can call? They usually have a nurse that will be available to call you back pretty much 24/7 to answer questions, and if there is something concerning they will get ahold of the surgeon to ask them. I would go to the ER for any of the following:
1. If you don’t start having regular bowel movements.
2. If you continue vomiting multiple times a day
3. If you have significant abdominal pain
4. If you develop a fever
5. If your urine is really dark
