My Urine is pretty dark but it’s been awhile. I have to pee but am avoiding it
since that means moving, being more nauseous and vomiting.
My belly feels like it’s full of something and if it sloshes in the slightest….

Probably a postsurgical ileus, actual bowel obstruction is possible but less likely. Purple vomit makes me worry about
