LES is fine for watching football. Now if you want to make money, a new stadium
makes sense with luxury boxes, concessions, etc. I was impressed with TCU stadium after attending game and see the value a new venue can bring. However, we are talking BYU. So if LES is a fine viewing stadium in the minds of the BOT, then expect the prioritization of educational and campus related upgrades more important.

No way you move anywhere that diminishes the view which that may be enough down hill & west to do that.
