I grew up swimming as did my mom... so swimming medal events are always a must watch for me and a fun way to remember those moments with her. I also try to watch all the medal events for track.

I'll carve out time to watch all USA men's basketball... its fun because my 11 year old son is in into it.

I think it was Jesse Itzler who said you should always take the opportunity to watch someone who is the best in the world at what they do, whether its pottery or sports, etc.
