But why? Airline redemption are worth more $/ point.
If you really want to use points for hotels Hyatt usually gives you the best bang for your points. They're not an amex partner though, I don't think.
Amex currently has a 40% transfer bonus to hilton which makes the points hit about parity with the airline redemptions.
