This post already is a source of great humiliation. As you yourself said, it is worthless. You have no credibility with anyone. You can diplomatically state some basic reasons why you feel this way. It doesn't even have to include specifics. If you don't, then you are probably just guessing and hoping for a correct answer and claiming it as a source of "great pride" which is laughable. Great pride is earned by doing, not saying.
