Lie to Me (better than Mentalist) and Rubicon
My take on some of the others:
Castle - a bit too predictable. For the non-law-enforcement-guy-who-solves-crimes, Lie to Me is stronger
Glee - I've always liked it for the music. My wife didn't like the storylines but has come around recently because of the music.
Mentalist - better than Castle, but IMHO not as good as Lie to Me
