This thread grew into the same old useless
argument once again. We need to all admit both teams in this rivalry has had some good years and some good championship games. Its useless to try and compare who really is the champion of champions. Give it a rest.
It all comes down to respect of each other. And there are accomplishments on both sides of this rivalry to respect.
It is sad that these two teams are walking away from this relationship that helped bring both teams to national respect together in this conference and we don't have mutual respect for each other's contribution to that effort.
