I can confirm that Anae=Heaps

Anae was the Heaps guy, rest of the offense was Nelson.

Besides the sources confirming this, think about it. Anae came from Texas Tech, the most pass happy offense in football (them or Hawaii I guess). He would throw 50 times a game given the chance. Nelson was not his guy.
