I hear over and over that you guys will be better because of improved coaching, in particular because Doman is your new OC. What makes you so confident there won't be growing pains (as there usually is) with a new OC, especially one who's never been coordinator before?

Even if you feel he will one day be one of the best OC's in the business, there's sure to be a learning curve.
