it's not like Doman hasn't been a part of the program. He's been very involved with the offense for 6 yrs and is not changing it dramatically. He's going to add some to an already established base and going to be more unpredictable. Moving Reynolds to work with the TE's will help that weak area tremendously and adding Cahoon to teach the WR's how to get open and catch the ball will help greatly too.
