I can't decide. Interest rates very low, but there is talk that they may rise by a full percentage point next year. This makes sense because we are seeing fears of inflation. Then again, economists can barely explain why things happened in the past, let alone what will happen in the future.

Then there is the housing market. I live in San Jose, CA, and it doesn't seem like the market has hit bottom yet. Does anyone out there have any insight on what may happen with either housing prices or interest rates?
