I don't have a problem with a buffet place putting certain limits how much their customers eat, but it's pretty obvious in Chuck-Arama's case that it was not made clear to customers. I've been to other buffets in Vegas where they have signs saying there are 2 hour limits and similar things like that. Customers generally are cool with it as long as they know. If Chuck-Arama had this policy in place, why wasn't it made clear to the public from day 1? I've gone to Chuch-Arama tons of times and this is the first I've heard of their "restrictions." I get the impression they've purposely tried to pass themselves off as an "all you can eat" outfit without actually saying they are out of fear of losing customers if their policy was exposed. Customer who don't know any better will just have to read the fine print. Either way this doesn't make Chuck-Arama look too good.
