There are quite a few likely options
1. Notre Dame. We have a 6 game series with them. I'm willing to bet that most of the games will be in November.

2. FCS teams.

3. Hawaii. We have a long series with Hawaii. They will be a perfect end of the year destination. Depending on scheduling they could have a end of the year situation where they have a November Saturday game @BYU and just stay in Utah to prep for a Thursday night game against Air Force/WYo/CSU/BSU the following week.

4. Army and Navy. They are pretty booked up in the near future, but Bronco has a strong desire to get them on the schedule. They are independent to they have tremendous scheduling flexibility.

5. The WAC. They likely will be no larger than a 8 team league for the forseeable future. They will need nonconference games in a big way.

6. Utah. The all-nonconference-games-in-the-first-3-weeks rule isn't going to stick. Teams are going to want to have some scheduling flexibility. Utah and BYU will be playing each other in November by the end of the decade.
