I know there is a time delay but its the best I can do. As of last night around 7pm it looked like a "60% chance BYU stays put". Crazy battling between ESPN/fox reps is one hurdle. BYU now understands there will be no written agreements within B12 to stay together but exit fees will remain under TV contracts.

The PR plan is to release the now finalized schedule announcements as soon as BYU concludes the impass is irreconcilable.
