The Utes could learn about responsibility from West Virginia
The Utes' constant rejoinder to any and all criticism of bad behavior is that the school and coaches can do nothing to control bad fan behavior. While it's true that there's little they can do in the moment to prevent fans from doing dumb, classless things, to say nothing can be done is ridiculous. West Virginia's response to the infamous shirt shown on ESPN last weekend:

Was that really so hard? As an outsider, I recognize every school has dumb students, but the fact the school is doing what it can to curb such behavior and the fact it clearly cares about the image of it that those students present to the country hugely increases my respect for it.
