Or are you all knowing about every happening at Utah? Are you the authority on this or just speculating?
You don't know what you don't know. I certainly didn't know the guy who got beat up by our cheerleader had been banned. I just don't pay that much attention to it after if happens. Neither do you for our fan stupidity. By the way, that was assault and battery in front of 64,000 live people and many, many more on TV. The magnitude is very different. Can you go to jail for flipping someone off? Well, you certainly can for physically attacking another person.
By the way. Flipping off Bronco has happened one time, in real time. It is not recurring. Seems you have had a player flip off our entire student body before. Now that is classey.
Honestly, we can go on and on about this and there are many instances on both sides. I really don't see any one of our schools doing anything to prevent bad behavior on any meaningful scale. They didn't prevent the attack but punished it. He broke the law, what do you think is going to happen?
Both coaches have urged student bodies and fans to be civil. We both have security at events and for press conferences. Etc, etc, etc.
Utah has a few more drunk fans that is typical at BYU but there are drunk BYU fans at BYU games. I have seen it many times. So.......you can choose to stay holier than thou about things you just assume or you can actually do some research to see if you are right. Your call.
