Most on this board are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. As such, it seems very irreverent and unseemly for so many to question those in authority and responsible to the Lord for their decisions over areas of their responsibility to the Lord. If you think that Sunday Play is the only thing our Savior cares about for the BYU sports teams, you know you are wrong. That would be like saying the only thing the Lord cares about in your realm of earthly responsibility is your home teaching.

So many "FAN"atical fans, ready to throw BYU over board because they do not know why decisions are made. Funny how so many buy into BYU team members committing to the BYU Spirit, Honor, and Tradition slogan serve within the Church. They do not question Ecclesiastical leaders when following the brethren (local and SLC) believing that Jesus leads us through our leaders; now many of them question those who have the Ecclesiastical responsibility over BYU as an institution and more specifically the BYU football program.

May I point out that it is not that far removed to begin talking about decisions by our Bishops, Stake Presidents and the Prophet in the decisions they make.
