Here are the numbers.

Utah's average star rating on scout is 2.4. they have a total of 53 starts for 22 commits.

BYU's average star rating on scout is 2.9. They have a total of 46 stars for 16 commits.

Basically BYU has lamost as many stars as the Ewe with 6 less commits.
