I see your point but I also think it is a pretty big step to vandalize a car in a public parking lot, both inside and out, just because it has a rivals sticker on it.
Seems more deep rooted than that. Also, my feeling is that the rivalry has simmered significantly.
I could see religious affiliation, particularly Mormon in this state with some folks, as a target, much more than hatred of a football program.
Just my thought.
Again, I am sorry it happened and if it was a Utah fan, it was one who showed no class at all.
Both of our fan bases have those who are embarassments. They are likely the vocal minority. I choose to believe it was something other than football.
