So.. except for your second point
(which is awfully suspicious), I still see no dishonesty. Your first point is that they pressure you. Fine - but that's not dishonest or unethical. Your third point is that they want a slice of the pie for doing what you see as 'nothing.' Fine - but that's not dishonest or unethical either.

Your second point, if true, is dishonest. I find it hard to believe that after months of 'hiding offers' though the agent would still be refusing to present them knowing that he or she will get NO money if there is no sale at all. Come 2 weeks before foreclosure, all of a sudden those [what he thought] were lowball offers would come out of the woodwork.
