I assume the rivalries will have their own regional network. UW & WSU, Arizona & ASU, Utah & Colorado. I think the Utah/Colorado region is at a disadvantage because it's a new rivalry. The Buffs don't have as much support from the Denver market as they should. Utah still gets beat in the SLC against BYU. However Utah will be able to carry their weight because BYU fans are still well rounded and have interest in the PAC12. Colorado will be the dead weight.
