Rivalry game has nothing to do w/Utah's postseason fate.
....if they are a good team. Since they are in the Pac12, if they win the conference, they will go to the Rose Bowl at worst. If they are truly a top 4 team, they will not lose to BYU unless BYU has a top 3 team (which has only happened once).
Not playing BYU is flat out about being pansies and a fear of not getting 6 wins and being bowl eligible. Lowering the bar with an extremely soft OOC schedule is the way to ensure they get those 6 wins.
