NONE of those teams you mentioned will be on BYU's schedule the years they would play Wisconsin.
Also, your SOS argument doesn't hold water since you'll still have a FCS team on the schedule not to mention that you'll always have some pac12 dogs on your schedule.
BYU would still want to schedule utah even if in the Big12. Guaranteed.
