Riley does the same, BJ was better than what Riley has been thus far.
Utah tailored an offense in which BJ could operate. They didn't ask much of him as they planned on winning with defense, so to say he was a better decision maker.....yes, yes he was, but it's not like they were having BJ make decisions.
Riley hasn't had the same luxury thus far. We need him to make decisions and score some points. At the same time, Riley doesn't have the physical ability to just play it safe. He has to take risks to be successful.
No matter what happens, it will always be impossible to compare the two. Each were asked to play different roles on their teams.
