Whether BYU is involved means nothing. And whether a recruit gets something
has nothing to do with it.

Kansas recieved a secondary violation simply because a fan made a facebook page encouraging a recruit to come to Kansas.

I have a hard time believing that making a facebook page encouraging a player to come to your university is a recruiting violation, but an actual fundraiser where thousands are raised to print t-shirts to encourage the player to come to your university isn't.

I honestly have a hard time believing that this isn't a violation, and think when the word gets out this could be an issue for BYU.

You checked with the NCAA before starting this I assume
