Oh DEFINITELY Tile walls in all bathrooms..and if you can
put a drain in your mud room and in your garage... Raised cabinets in all bathrooms... Heating lamps .. in all bathrooms..HOT TUB\wiring for future hot tub position also Run a natural gas line outside to where you can put your GRILL and kitchen built in if possible... Those cost way more later on to do.
