I saw refreshing candor where he went PI by PI explaining what happened. I don't think he's obtuse enough to lie about what occurred on Povey's PI. I think he saw some real issues in his secondary, for which he is both position coach and DC, and unlike the coach platitudes you usually get, he was upfront and candid.
I'd go to war with that guy. That's all anyone wants.
I've been watching all the post practice interviews since they became so readily available and his name has been mentioned a bunch of times by DB's. I get the impression they respect the guy. Pretty sure they have skin thick enough to handle it...especially in the context it was spoken. If you can watch that entire interview and think he was throwing his guys under the bus then you see the world differently. I think he was lighting a fire. And I think they will respond.
