*Speculation* He does work for a University (USU) and most Universities want
their employees to have degrees, even graduate degrees as this is the product they sell. If Tahi does not have his degree and does not meet the HC or other BYU standards, they will not give him the degree.
This could make it more difficult for Tahi to advance in his coaching career.
